Rights & attribution

Copyright and trademark policy

Owners must have the right to publish what they place on a plot. Creators retain their copyright while granting the limited hosting and moderation license the service needs.

01

Submitting a notice

Provide private contact information, identify the protected work, identify the exact plot/revision/URL, explain the claimed infringement, and include required good-faith and authority statements. Do not publish claimant PII.

02

Review and action

The platform may remove or limit specific content, media, link, or public history snapshot while preserving ownership and mandatory transaction records. Repeat infringement may lead to account action.

03

Counter-notice and appeal

Where applicable, the affected creator can contest the action with required statements and contact information. Restoration timing and disclosure follow applicable law and counsel-approved process.

04

Trademarks and impersonation

Misleading business, creator, or public-figure impersonation is prohibited even where a copyright theory does not apply. Dedicated report categories route these cases appropriately.
