A plot is a limited, contractual, revocable right to control a numbered website space during your current ownership. It is not land, permanent property, a security, cryptoasset, NFT, investment, stored value, or promise of resale or availability.
Buying, offering, bidding, owning, reacting, reporting, or saving requires an account in good standing. Money-moving actions require verified email and phone, age 18+ at launch, and any additional provider or risk checks. Sellers require private provider KYC and active payout status.
Only a captured, verified platform transaction followed by an atomic platform transfer changes ownership. Screenshots, browser redirects, private agreements, external payments, credential sharing, and account sales do not transfer a plot.
A completed valid acquisition below $100 receives 30 days. At $100 or above it has no expiry while held. An eligible expiring ownership may renew for 180 days for $10 within the horizon. After expiry comes seven-day grace, then reclaim auction.
Creators retain copyright and grant the limited license needed to host, process, preview, moderate, and display published content. Unsafe content may be limited or removed without transferring ownership or rewriting required financial records.
A completed secondary sale charges 30% of positive profit only. Exact provider/tax deductions and estimated net payout must be disclosed before sale. Marketplace sales are final after digital control transfers except where law, provider rules, fraud, duplicate charge, or platform error requires action.
The service may change, pause, suspend, or end subject to applicable law and contractual notice. There is no guarantee of traffic, buyer interest, resale, value, availability, or uninterrupted service. Liability, dispute, governing-law, and termination terms require final legal review.
