$1 → 30 days
A primary purchase of Plot #4 for $1 starts a fresh 30-day term. A $10 renewal adds exactly 180 days and never changes the acquisition basis.
The term constitution
Buy below $100 and ownership starts with 30 days. Renew for 180 days at a time for $10. Buy for $100 or more and ownership has no expiry while that buyer holds the plot.

Being close is not enough. The provider-confirmed reference purchase amount is below the exact $100 threshold, so the ownership expires after 30 days unless renewed.
A completed valid purchase at exactly $100 receives no-expiry status for that current ownership only. If that owner later sells for $75, the next buyer receives a fresh 30-day term.
A listing price, offer, counter, failed checkout, refund, chargeback, suspicious self-dealing payment, prior owner's price, renewal total, or current estimated value never unlocks no-expiry.
At expiry, the plot enters a seven-day read-only grace period. If it is not renewed, ownership ends and a 24-hour reclaim auction begins. The final provider-captured auction price sets the new owner's basis and term.
